It's good practice to finalise an order quickly after you receive it. If this is a FE order, mark it as finalised when the vendor says it has been shipped.

If you're not happy with your order, you can open a dispute. The market will look into whether the buyer is owed a refund. Disputes can be bad for everyone, so we suggest talking to the vendor before going to the dispute process. Good vendors want to keep a good reputation. They will try to keep customers happy. So try to work with them first.
